Dean was a resident of Warrensburg, Missouri at the time of passing.
He graduated from Kirksville High School in 1961.
He served in the United States Navy from January of 1963 until May of 1966.
There will be a private interment at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Higginsville at a later date.
